The last two days have been great! Training is going well and our progression towards the World Championships is on track. The video includes Niklas and Leif lifting yesterday and then Leif and Kim throwing today. As the days go on we are planning on having more pictures and film from all the throwers in the group and also including other athletes at the camp...Enjoy

The First Post- Aug. 18, 2011
This is the first post of this new blog. We are going to try and update everyone on our training and preparation for the 2011 World Championships in Athletics. Today was a great day full of throwing and lifting. Everyday we are going to try and post more pictures and videos and also try and do a daily video blog. Check back daily and enjoy....
